About the Role:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team in Halton. This role is well-suited to someone with experience in property transactions who can manage a busy caseload and support solicitors with a variety of property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licences, and contracts

  • Supporting with enquiries, searches, and title reviews

  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate files and case management systems

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and internal stakeholders

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property law and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial property law is essential

  • Strong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and related documentation

  • Ideally, experience working within or alongside a local authority environment

  • Excellent drafting, research, and administrative skills

  • Ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities

  • Legal qualification or equivalent paralegal experience preferred
