As we reflect on 2025, it has been a year defined by recognition, growth, and meaningful connections. Together, we have continued to strengthen our impact within public sector recruitment, staying true to our purpose of supporting the council, our communities, and especially our candidates.

Awards and Industry Recognition

This year brought significant recognition across the group. We were shortlisted for the Recruiter Awards for Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and were delighted to be finalists at the British Recruitment Awards. Helen Archer-Lock was shortlisted in the Leader of the Year (Agency) category, and Commercial Services Group was a finalist for Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year. These accolades reflect the dedication, expertise, and passion that run through our teams.

Connecting with Communities

Throughout the year, we engaged in multiple recruitment events and job fairs. These opportunities allowed us to meet candidates, provide guidance, and create meaningful career paths. Through these events, we helped people access employment and build lasting connections within their communities.
