What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Assisting with ticket collection and guiding audience members to their seats
• Managing customer enquiries and providing accurate information about upcoming events
• Upholding health, safety, and licensing standards to protect visitors and staff
• Undertaking bar and merchandise sales while maintaining accurate cash handling
• Providing support during performances, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event

What You Need to Know

• Shifts depend on the running time of each performance, offering flexible working hours
• Casual Theatre Stewards are guaranteed a minimum of 2 hours per event
• At least 2 hours' notice is provided if shifts are cancelled due to operational changes
• A uniform will be provided and must be worn while on duty
