DCBL Stadium Casual/Bank Bar Staff

We are looking for reliable and professional Casual / Bank Bar Staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible and available to work shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods.

As a member of the bar team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the bar operates efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
• Restocking bar supplies as required.
• Checking identification and ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Following all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Must be aged 18+ due to alcohol service regulations.
