Casual Security Staff

Are you vigilant, calm under pressure, and passionate about maintaining a safe and welcoming environment? We're looking for professional Casual Security Staff to join our team and help ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff, and performers.

About the Role

As a member of our Security team, you'll play a key part in delivering a secure and smooth-running experience at events and performances. You'll manage access control, monitor audience behaviour, and respond confidently to incidents-always with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and reassuring presence throughout the venue

• Carry out bag checks and monitor access points

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies appropriately

• Liaise with theatre management and emergency services where needed

• Support the Front of House team in maintaining order and customer safety

• Complete incident reports and logs accurately

Requirements

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (valid and up to date)

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• A calm and composed manner, even in high-pressure situations

• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends

• Previous experience in event, venue, or crowd management security is desirable
