Casual Leisure Assistant

Salary: £12.6 - £13.45 per hour
Location: Widnes

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Casual Leisure Attendants. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment while promoting fitness, safety, and wellbeing in our community.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise poolside areas and ensure safety standards are maintained at all times

  • Set up and take down equipment for classes and events

  • Deliver excellent customer service and provide information about our facilities and programmes

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the centre, including changing areas and poolside

  • Assist with emergency situations and follow health & safety procedures

  • Work flexibly as part of a team, including covering shifts on short notice

About You:

  • A valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) is essential

  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service

  • Reliable and flexible with a positive attitude

  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team

  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others is a plus!
